History
Established in 1998.
Oregon Medical Research Center is a premier clinical research center with board-certified dermatologists and a highly experienced and dedicated staff. We are committed to research excellence and personalized patient care and our mission is to work with patients and medical companies to find future treatments for better health.
Since 1998 our center has conducted research studies of approved and investigational medications for dermatologic and general medical conditions. Some of these studies focus on currently available medications and treatments while others focus on medications and treatments that aren’t yet available.
With more than 400 clinical trials completed to date, Oregon Medical Research Center offers a tradition of excellence, outstanding patient care, and a pleasant and comfortable environment for our study participants.
Meet the Business Owner
Andrew Blauvelt, M.D., M.B. A.
Business Owner
Dr. Andrew Blauvelt is a board-certified dermatologist with a distinguished career ranging from leading basic science research at the National Institutes of Health to establishing and directing the Center of Excellence for Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis at Oregon Health & Science University. In addition to his overall clinical skills on the full range of dermatologic conditions, Dr. Blauvelt’s clinical and laboratory research expertise is in psoriasis, immunology, and infectious diseases. He has published more than 140 papers and spoken across the country and world on these topics.
Dr. Blauvelt has also served as Principal Investigator on numerous psoriasis and other dermatologic clinical trials, is a key scientific advisor for numerous pharmaceutical companies involved in developing new psoriasis therapies, was a longstanding member of the Medical Advisory Board of the National Psoriasis Foundation, and is an elected member of the International Psoriasis Council.
