Organic Bronze Bar

I’m in town for my sister’s wedding and she recommended this place. Made an appointment by phone. Brynndle sprayed me with a fabulous level 10 organic bronzer. They offer color levels 5 up to 12. She was super friendly and did an amazing job getting the color even. I brought my sister in law with me and they were able to spray her too even though she didn’t have an appointment. The first airbrush spray tan is half off the original $ 50 per spray costing only $ 25+tip for first time customers! I’m extremely happy with our experience here!

I am not the person that usually leaves reviews on the world wide web. But I have had the best airbrush tans at Organic Bronze Bar! I have had my fair share of awkward tans from machines to airbrush. Nothing quite like this. I was greeted by Colette and Iman. Both so up-​beat, helpful, and sweet! Colette had helped me on the phone initially with booking my appointment and telling me of pre-​tan do’s and don’ts. Iman did my spray tan for my wedding trial at the Portland location, and then again for my wedding at the Barnes road location. Wow! We had quite a bit of colors to choose from but she knew right off the bat which would be perfect for my skin and my needs. It lasted about 14 days also! She let me know what to do to take care of my tan and about powder to apply afterwards so I am not feeling sticky, and answered my novel of questions with patience. The whole spraying experience was very fun and comfortable (being that I am self-​conscious about my body, I felt at ease)! We laughed and joked the whole time.
And the best part? Appointments only take 15 min. In and out! I wasn’t a huge fan of the parking down on the SW water front, and later found out there’s a parking garage that you can park in for 30 min and is free. I recommend giving them a call and asking them about that. The Barnes road location has plenty of parking, but the bronze bar is tucked in a corner by subway and Umpqua bank.

For the past year I have been a member of Organic Bronze Bar tanning salon. I pay $ 70 a month for tans. Yesterday I walked into the salon 6 minutes late for my spray tan and was rudely confronted by one of your managers. She couldn’t have told me in a more disrespectful tone that she would not spray me because she couldn’t get behind schedule. Ironically, exactly one week prior, my appointment time got messed up online and I had to wait 20 minutes for a spray tan. This same woman who refused to spray me yesterday apologized that day and I said to her, «no worries. These things happen.» I asked to be treated the same way I treat others. I have always been proud to say I am sprayed at Organic Bronze Bar and try to refer as many women as possible. As of last night, I am so disappointed in the actions of an associate that I can not bring myself to spend another dollar in the store. I have also called multiple locations asking for a manager besides the woman who treated me so rudely last night to call me, and not one person has gotten back to me. I need to make sure the charges for this month have been taken off my statement and I would like the owner to know how her employees are treating customers. I am so sad to say this because the majority of the employees always do a great job.
