Overlook Chiropractic

I had just gotten back from a backpacking trip with my brother. Having had back problems beforehand I knew it was risky and perhaps a bad idea but I didnt want that to stop our trip. Before flying back home, I decided to look in the area for someone who could help diagnose and take a look at what was causing my neck and back problems. I came across Dr. Raeburn through Unilocal and his website. He seemed to know and care about his practice so I decided to give him a shot.
Theres a reason Dr. Raeburn consistently receives praise and thats because he knows his work. He expertly figured out what was causing all of my pain and the root of my problems. He did a serious of exercises much like a physical therapist would have you do and made my back and neck feel infinitely better. He even gave a couple of backpacking recommendations for next time I was in the area!

I’m so thankful to Unilocal for helping me find a chiropractor in my moment of need. I was visiting from SF and I had a «pop» in my back that left me in the worst pain of my life and i only had 4 hours before i needed to catch my plane home. Dr. Raeburn (and his sweet receptionist) were able to get me in in one hour. After a thorough questioning about mechanism of injury to make a diagnosis Dr. Raeburn made one gentle adjustment and i was back on my feet. Dr Raeburn is your ideal chiropractor. He got me in right away, was extremely knowledgeable, and he may be the most caring/​compassionate practitioner i have ever had. Oh, and the follow-​up call to check on me was the cherry on top. I can guarantee you that if you are in pain this is the chiropractor to call! Thanks Dr. Raeburn!

I’m impressed with Dr Raeburn. I’m a bit of a hard sell as I have been to one bagillion chiropractors and usually prefer the «activator» style but I was impressed here. Dr Raeburn is thoughtful, insightful and a healer. Even though he employs the classic chiropractor style of manipulation he does it with gentle attentiveness. He also has some other tricks in his bag that make his treatments comprehensive and effective. My neck was out for MONTHS and Dr. Raeburn fixed it! Hallelujah! Thank you.

Dr Raeburn is the best chiropractor I have been to. He answered all my questions and even told me why I was in pain not just treating it. Thumbs up!

I’ve been going to chiropractors for years on and off, and what makes Dr. Raeburn different than any other I’ve been to is that he really takes a lot of time and makes sure he addresses all of my problems, and he doesn’t try to get me to come in every day. I go in every now and then when I have a pinched nerve in my back, and he always gets me straightened out.

Fantastic! My first time at a chiropractor, and he took the time both before and during the appointment to really explain things. Very friendly and very capable.

This guy has magic hands! He’s really good at what he does. I’ve been to see Dr. Raeburn for several issues and have always gotten significant relief. When I was training for a half marathon, I was in such pain that I could barely run at all. Dr. Mike helped me through that training period with treatments that relieved my pain, exercise tips to prevent further damage, and moral support. I felt as if he genuinely cared about how things were going for me and was invested in my success in finishing my race. He and his staff are so friendly and professional. I felt at ease from the first time I visited. As others have said, you not only get adjustments here, but holistic treatment. I would recommend Overlook Chiropractic to anyone. Dr. Mike rocks!

I kind of felt like I was cheating on a girl friend… my normal Chiropractor was out of the office last Friday… a day when I awoke unable to turn my head side to side or look up or down. Wincing with every step… walking around like someone stuck a broom handle up my bun — TMI?
I’ve passed Dr. Raeburn’s office a hundred times on the way to work and thought I’d take advantage of his «walk-​ins welcome» sign. My lucky day… the Doc was is and able to see me right away. He gave me a thorough exam and asked a ton of questions. Zapped me with the heating pad and electro-​something or other and then made his adjustments. I was impressed at the time and effort he put into giving me relief… stretches and massaging the tender areas… getting my back and neck to release… I was soooo friggen happy I walked in as my range of mobility improved from nil to about 75%.
I’m comforted to know he’s in the hood should I even need help like I did last Friday — and would definitely recommend him. Oh, yeah… I was also really impressed by him giving me a follow up call today (Monday) just to check in. Awesomeness!

I had resigned myself to perpetual chronic back pain, but after my first visit with Dr. Raeburn he assured me things didn’t have to be this way. Just a short 2 months later, I am a whole new woman! Dr. Raeburn has been helping me for just over a year. I am very happy to write my first review. I know it’s long over due lol! but my visits have been nothing but great. Always greeted by Dr. Raeburn or friendly staff who make you feel right at home. The rates are very competitive and the treatment is top notch! I hope if you need to see a chiropractor you choose this clinic or at least put at the TOP of the list to visit if needed!

Dr. Raeburn is a fantastic chiropractor! Been seeing him for a few weeks now, and couldn’t be happier. He takes time and truly cares about you as a patient. The initial exam is extensive, and methodical. He immediately puts you at ease with his bedside manor. His rates are extremely reasonable, and even offers new patient referral credit toward additional sessions. All in all I recommend him with no reservations. Go see him, you will be glad you did!

I went to Overlook Chiropractic for pain in my neck and lower back. Dr. Raeburn not only greeted me when I arrived, but he also is the person that made my appt. over the phone, so that made me like this place to begin with (a Dr. that will answer the phones and help out instead of telling people to do it.) Dr. Raeburn made sure to fully understand what I was having problems with before he did anything. He is very knowledgeable and will do whatever it takes to make you comfortable. He adjusted my back and neck and I felt GREAT! The pain stopped right after!
I would highly recommend Overlook Chiropractic to anyone!

Dr. Raeburn is extremely knowledgeable, invested, and well equipped to deal with someone like me who has chronic thoracic back pain. He has been tireless in his pursuit of a diagnosis, and has spent considerable time listening to me, and explaining everything in depth in a way that makes perfect sense. He has fought my difficult health insurance to get more care and imaging approved, and I appreciate his above and beyond attitude. Good Chiropractors are hard to find, and Dr. Raeburn is a gem.

Dr. Raeburn and his staff made my first visit to a chiropractor regarding my lower back issue a very pleasant one. I have been suffering from acute lower back pain for the last 2 weeks. Dr. Raeburn gave a thorough examination, took plenty of time to explain various causes for my back pain, and provided an effective treatment session, as well as going through a number of «core strengthening» exercises. I really appreciate the time spent on explaining my situation and answering a number of questions I had. I plan on coming back to Overlook for additional follow up sessions and highly recommend them.
