History

Established in 1975.

First known as David W. Owens, P.C. & Associates, after its founding member, then in 2011 as Owens, Sneller, Pinzelik & Wood, P.C., the firm has now welcomed a new member, becoming Owens, Sneller, Pinzelik, Wood & Schaff, P.C. on 5÷15÷15. Dave Owens has spent the last 37+ years representing clients of all walks of life regarding various issues, from family law issues to criminal defense, to business advice and formation to bankruptcy, as well as estate planning, probate, and personal injury. Dave and our other attorneys continue to represent clients that originally came to the firm decades ago, because we believe in solving problems.

Meet the Manager

David O.

Manager

David Owens was born in 1945, a native Oregonian from John Day, and attended Phillips Exeter Academy and Colorado Rocky Mountain School. In 1967, he entered the U.S. Army and was deployed to Vietnam, where he served with the First Air Cavalry Division and earned many personal awards. After completing his service, David attended Portland State University and started Lumber Transport, Inc. In 1972 David attended Lewis and Clark College Northwestern School of Law.

David’s law practice encompasses a wide array of areas including civil litigation, real estate, personal injury, domestic relations, estate planning and probate, as well as business and commercial law. David has helped thousands of clients resolve complicated issues and recover thousands of dollars.

David’s philosophy is to serve the client and make a friend. In the nearly 40 years David has been practicing he is most pleased with his returning clients and prides himself of being considered their «family’s lawyer.»
