I just had a great experience at Pacific Eye Trends. My husband had two pairs of glasses that needed some minor repair – but more than I could do. I called ahead to make sure they did this work, and popped down (I work a block away), thinking I would drop off the frames. She took the frames back, I walked once around the store, checking out the frames, and by the time I did one lap, the frames were repaired. Awesome! Thank you! My husband returns from his business trip tomorrow, and he’s going to be really happy his glasses are fixed.

Overall, not a bad experience. The people were nice, and I’m pleased with my stylish new glasses.
However, I have to say that I was shocked at how much it felt like buying a used car. You pick the frames, then they try to upsell you on the lenses (thickness, etc), the polish for the lenses, and I don’t even remember what else. Before I knew it, I had $ 400 glasses, even after substantial insurance help. They should post a list somewhere of the price ranges of the other features of the glasses so you have some idea what you’re getting into.

I have used Pacific Eye Trends for many years. I have always had a good experience. For example, when a pair of frames broke after a few months, they replaced them free. I always get my glasses on time, or even early and they always call me. I highly recommend them.

I ordered glasses from here. I was told they would be in between 7 – 10 days. After over a week I called and they still weren’t in. I was assured they would be in soon. After another week and still no call I had to call again! I was advised my frames were defective so they had to order me new ones and she was meaning to call me to tell me this. But never did. After ordering my frames one month ago I finally got them. They were put together poorly and had scratches. Do not go here if you have the chance!
