Authentic Döner Kebab, Mediterranean Salads. GMO free, no growth hormones, mostly organic and local ingredients when in season. Everything is made in house from scratch: fresh home-made flatbread & meat cones (vertical rotisserie).
History
Established in 2015.
We are a married couple who settled in Portland a few years ago making this beautiful place our home. Franziska is a native German and Ron from the West Coast.
Döner Kebab is Germany’s most popular street food and so we decided to share our love for Döner with this amazing city by starting a food cart.

Franziska from Karlsruhe (Germany) & Ron from San Francisco:
with Ron being the technical guy, he converted a simple trailer into a professional kitchen. Franziska has almost 20 years experience as a chef, working for celebrities on cruise liners, Michelin star restaurants and hotels world-wide.
