History

Established in 2011.

It all started out as an idea. After prodding from friends and family for several years about opening a small restaurant, Chef Dominique decided he wanted to make it more personal and intimate, hence the idea of offering the services of a Personal Chef.

It started with a dinner party of 5 and soon evolved into private formal dinner parties of 2, 4, and 10 guests. Word got out and Chef Dominique was hired to cater a wedding reception for 40 people, a Paleo dinner party of 24 for the charitable organization Our House, and the rest is history.

Business Owner

Born in Paris, France and raised in France, Spain, and Oregon, Chef Dominique comes from a long line of great cooks from his Grandmother, who was a wonderful Spanish cook to his Mother, who created great French dishes.

After finishing school, Chef Dominique spent a year in France where is got his first exposure to great food and wine. His passion for fine cuisine grew from that to later creating his own recipes. Although for years Chef Dominique shared his culinary arts at home with great friends and close family members, it wasn’t until recently that he finally listened to those that begged him to open a restaurant. As has always been the case, Chef Dominique did it his way and started a private catering and chef service.

Chef Dominique is passionate about cooking and is always trying new ideas and ingredients emphasizing simplicity without sacrificing visual and palate appeal.
