nice lady operates this cart.
i am not an expert in Filipino food however, i can say with certainty that her prices are reasonable and the food tastes good.
as far as if it’s authentic i’ll leave it for the experts.
most of the food is 6 or 7 $ and it includes a can of soda or water.
they have egg rolls and springs rolls for a $ 1 each! cheapest i’ve seen anywhere.

I’ve only eaten here once but what I had was pretty good. At least the main part of it was good. The veggies that came on the side were soaked in oil which was weird. Either way I’ll be back here to try other things.
