Thanks for checking out our clinic! We’re a bit different from most chiropractic clinics. Put simply, my best work is done when I work myself out of a job. In my experience, most of the pain I see responds very well to a bit of education about the cause and some instruction on how to help yourself. This lessens the need for frequent treatments, allowing you to get on with your life.
I spend a lot of my treatment time evaluating how you can learn to move more effectively without pain. My passion is in sports medicine, particularly with running, cycling, snow sports, martial arts and basketball. I work best with patients who are willing to put in a little effort to help me get you feeling better. Be well.
History
Established in 2002.
After a few years on my own, my personal practice (Solutions Sports and Spine, Inc.) joined the group practice at Hawthorne Wellness Center at ground zero of the Hawthorne n’hood. We are a group of science-based alternative medicine providers, and alternative minded MDs.

I’m a science-focused DC, a bit nerdy in my desire to stay on top of the literature in musculoskeletal medicine. I’ve been in practice since 2002 with a focus on sports injuries and myofascial pain. I hope to publish a book and companion DVD on back pain and lower extremity pain syndromes in 2010. I like a sense of humor and find it helps to temper the pains of the day, so expect a smile.
