Pierson Property Management Svcs

So far so good. My boyfriend and I flew up to Portland this weekend, after making calls all last week to people who posted on craigslist, Pierson was one of them.
We looked for three days straight, and found a gorgeous home that we applied to, got and I’m sending the deposit today. All this in the spans of a week.
Pierson seems to handle properties that are a little on the cusp of things, more SE and NE districts, like the Woodstock and Alberta ones. This leads me to believe that they manage places for people who have held property in Portland for a long time. Diane, our property manager seemed to be the friendliest of the bunch. She helped us to find the place that we were looking for in our minds, and even went so far as to fax all the paperwork to our hotel the morning of the open house so we could have equal footing since we had just touched down from CA.
They’ve gotten some negative feedback on other sites, so stay tuned, but right now I’m very impressed.
