Our mission is to provide discreet outpatient alcohol and drug treatment for adults and adolescents in need of assistance with alcohol, chemical dependency and life issues. We hope to positively affect change in the people we serve, their families and the community they live in. We employ a competent, caring staff that develop realistic, attainable goals and solutions. We believe in treatment for substance misuse issues and that with assistance, the person and entire family can recover.

Our counseling style utilizes a variety of drug and alcohol treatment counseling approaches. We provide compassionate and individualized treatment that offers the person a route to recovery that is specifically tailored to fit his or her needs, especially if you are new to recovery or have had some counseling treatment experiences in the past followed by periods of sobriety. We pride ourselves in designing a counseling treatment program that address, the values and beliefs of the people we serve,

History

Established in 2010.

Portland Area Recovery Services (PARS) was founded in 2010 as an alternative to large non-​profit organizations. The goal is to provide discreet outpatient treatment to adults and adolescents in need of assistance with alcohol and chemical dependency.

Business Owner

Mr. Jennings has an extensive history working in various treatment programs in California and the local Portland area. He is a CADC II certified counselors with an education in Management from U.C. Berkeley.
