Hello!

I’m AJ Lane-​Grasseth, one of Portland’s most successful onsite hair and makeup artists. Years ago I started AJ’s Hair Design & Makeup and since then I’ve enjoyed every aspect of the hair and makeup industry in Oregon and Washington.

The last decade and a half has taught me an incredible amount, but mostly it’s taught me to recognize quality artistry and what makes a great artist. There are many elements one has to possess in order to be successful in any industry and the hair and makeup trade is no different. After balancing every aspect carefully for many years I went a step further to gather a select group of professionals and bring them all to one place… just for you!
