Infrared Thermal Imaging is a cornerstone component of every property we inspect. This is a powerful tool to detect moisture intrusion issues here in the Pacific Northwest. History

Established in 1994.

I, Scott Harris, was an engineering officer in the merchant marine. I quit sailing to become a consulting engineer in the water, wastewater and powerplant industries. I Inspected many industrial facilities and commercial buildings for the consuting firms and clients over the years. From there I went to building them, and branched out into residential construction as well. I was kind of «pushed» into buying a home inspection when buying a home for myself. I liked the guy who did the job, believed that what he did was valuable and with his help became a part time inspector. Within a short time, inspections took over my buisness and I’ve never really looked back. I have always done both commercial and residential property and I believe it makes me better at both. The variation keeps me on my toes and keeps me fresh. I spend a lot of my time, learning new things and adding services. I guess I have to say, I’m a building nerd and I love what I do.
