Rainwater Cleaning Services

I may revise this review if I ever hear from these people. So far I have left a total of 4 messages in about 10 days and have not received a call back. And that’s just this month. Several months ago I left a few messages, didn’t hear back and thought ah, well, I’ll just do it later. Totally unprofessional.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. I bought a Living Social coupon for this company and they totally screwed me over. I have house guests coming tomorrow and am working all day today; they were supposed to clean 2 days ago and called on the day-​of to tell me that they were down 3 people and would like to reschedule for the weekend. I agreed, but made it clear that I would not be there, my partner would be there. I had made it clear up front that we have a dog in the house.
The man arrived alone, telling my partner as he arrived that he was short-​staffed and was unsure if he would be able to finish alone (despite telling me that he would do it). Then my partner asked him to come in and warned that the dog is loud and excited, but friendly. The dog jumped, the guy ran out of the house and REFUSED to do the cleaning, saying that the dog had «attacked» him and that he didn’t feel safe doing the cleaning (though my partner was leashing the dog and taking him out of the house for the duration of the cleaning) or sending anyone else ever.
This is not a trustworthy company — they don’t have enough staff, and they don’t listen to their customers.
