Located in Portland, Maine, Rêve is a cycling studio dedicated to the well-being of each person who walks through the door. Indoor cycling, or spinning, is an exhilarating, cardiovascular workout for body and mind. Rêve offers classes for everyone, from experts to true blue beginners. No matter what your experience level, we want you to love cycling as much as we do. (And we really love cycling.) We’ll work with you, in a class meant for you, whatever your expertise. Rêve also offers 45 minute cycling classes followed by a few different variations of a 30 minute yoga practice.

Meet the Business Owner

Stephanie C.

Business Owner

Committed to exercise in all seasons, Stephanie is the founder of Rêve Cycling Studio. Her goal is to provide an urban escape for riders in the middle of Portland. Motivated by the relaxed and refreshed mind/body experience that a good cycling workout provides, she wants all of her clients to experience this with her same enthusiasm. Stephanie has always been committed to exercise. At Bates College she played field hockey and squash. However, it was her backpacking in Australia and New Zealand that focused her to find an exhilarating activity that she could do all of the time. She attended her first indoor cycling class 5 years ago and was hooked. Her classes combine energy and spirit as she moves around the bike. Her musical tastes are a combination of everything from Fleetwood Mac to Passion Pit. Whether you are a true blue beginner or an avid cyclist, you will find her classes inspiring. Do you Rêve?
