I hosted a UYE here last night. It was a pretty solid four star experience. The evening began with disappointment over the Jack London bar not being open yet. My UYE was set for 5:30PM, J.L. advertised being open at 5PM, however upon arrival we were told 7:30PM. No biggie quick thinking from my friend Tamara. She got a table large enough for us all in the Rialto bar. The only problem was no one was coming to take our orders. The group waited 20 minutes, then another friend and I went to the bar, and made the servers aware of our table, and from there we had great service. The drinks were reasonably priced, to pretty cheap. I ordered the nachos with chicken. They were only nine dollars so I was expecting a medium sized dish, maybe small. The nachos were GINORMOUS. I shared them with three other people and we still didn’t finish them off. They were also really very good, so the nachos were a big hit in my book. Our server was a rockstar, and accurately tracked all of our checks, which is quite impressive considering we had 12-ish people. 2016 #5

First off I’m Canadian. Came here with two friends to watch the ball game and we’re denied entrance due to not having proper ID. We had our drivers license, trusted traveller card and those still didn’t work. Apparently they need proper American ID. I have never heard of this before. Anyways don’t come if your Canadian. Didn’t look like a nice bar anyways.

Awesome little nightclub with good food, cocktail price is a little high especially after they moved upstairs from the air conditioned basement where the rent was higher, the owner mentioned cheaper rent at the current location so wondering since the atmosphere and the groovy feel has gone down so I’m thinking the food and drink price should have gone down too but stayed the same but nevertheless I love this place, I come and entranced in a drool watching 1 beautiful blonde woman dance by herself, I think people call her Lady Raven … Wow oops sorry lost track, you have to try their large pizza yum… getting hungry just thinking about it

I’m always happy to write a review for a Portland bar with a friendly bartender and that isn’t too hip for its britches. I sort of came here accidentally over a week ago, as my sister was invited to meet some friends for a poetry reading. It was an off-night(Tuesday, I think). The crowd was mostly hipster-y, poetry-loving types, and I looked like a total dork, because I had just gotten off work, and was wearing my corporate uniform, which includes an oversized raincoat. Some places in Portland, if you come in dressed in corporate attire, people treat you like you’re either square or invisible. But I kind of just owned the outfit and walked tall regardless. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The bartender was very friendly and didn’t make me feel weird. He participated as an emcee of sorts for the poetry reading. I can’t remember his name, but kudos. My G&T was cheap, like $ 3.50 or something like that.

The perfect tiny bar. 80’s night, off track betting, and a great staff. Every Sunday is an AWESOME bingo at 8:00.

Great Caesar salad with ahi tuna. Wife got chicken taco. Very good, the bean with ham soup was incredible. Oldies music.
