I walked in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon and ended up being the only customer there. The woman that helped me was so nice and helpful. I ended up finding a beautiful dress with the tags still on at a very decent price.
Also Malan, the woman they recommend for alterations, is absolutely wonderful as well!

I went here with my mom and sister for the first dress shopping experience with my family and it was awful. I was ten minutes late so I called and left a voicemail. When I arrived, I was not greeted which was fine but after ten minutes I had to ask the seamstress for help. I finally just went into a room and started trying things on. First, I overheard the sales lady complain about how people are always late and they just leave voicemails. Then, instead of complimenting the client she was helping, she was talking non-​stop about her dating life. Lastly, when I walked out of my room to look in the mirror, she stopped me and said in front of everyone, «Wait, wait, what’s your budget?» I’d seen the tag, it was around $ 2K. The dress was beautiful and something I could have purchased, but she had ruined the experience. I had high hopes for this place and was really disappointed. I hate writing bad reviews, but dress shopping should be nothing but pleasant.

Hard pass! They were hours late to open on the day I intended on shopping because ‘traffic was bad’ (so how did I make it there on time?). The shop reeks of cigarette odor and to top it off, the woman at the front was EXTREMELY condescending when I went to try on a dress. It was an expensive gown, but the straps were getting worn from being tried on. Basically telling me that if I couldn’t afford the dress that I shouldn’t try it on because I might ruin it. What kind of ‘sales’ woman does that? Do yourself a favor and try Brides for a Cause or Adorned in Grace instead.

It’s such a cute little boutique! This is the second shop we went to when looking for my sister’s wedding dress. Within no time Michelle found her dream dress! The best part? It was only $ 300. My sister loves a good deal :)
The experience was better than at David’s Bridals because the employees were very sweet and helpful. They also carefully handled the dresses and helped with buttoning delicate ones.
We’ve already recommended Richele Kay Bridal Consignment store to brides and one recently found her dress there at a great price and in wonderful condition.

While the shop itself is cute and cozy, the lady at the front desk was anything but. She made absolutely no eye contact with us when we walked in and was very short/​snippy. She made our group feel uncomfortable and unwanted. Because of that our trip to the shop didn’t last longer than five minutes, also making it our last trip there. The «wedding dress experience» should be exciting and memorable, but the sales lady made that next to impossible.

When we visited Richelle’s today, we found that the selection of dresses was ample, the shop clean and cozy, and the prices excellent! It was also a total delight to work with Heather! My Guardian Daughter thought that, although she found a dress which she loved, it was too small so we thought she wouldn’t be able to use it. Heather found a solution to her problem though — to my daughters immense joy! Heather was professional, extremely helpful, and had a most pleasant demeanor. The price point was also right on. Thank you, Heather. I’ll be back to see you when the next daughter’s wedding comes around.

I had a wonderful experience at Richelle Kay. Heather was delightful. Really fun, casual environment to try on wedding dresses and they have some really gorgeous gowns for outrageously low prices.

Yes, there are pretty dresses at great prices, we went there twice. One experience good, the other horrible. The sales lady managed to take w. hat should be a fun memorable experience and made it traumatic. My daughter left in tears. She was rough, pushy and derogatory. I’d rather pay twice the money and be treated well.

Well selling a dress through here is not a pleasant experience, they were rude to me when I came in and would barely entertain looking at pictures of my dress when I thought I was handing over my best possession. The 6 months went by and I heard nothing!!! So I called a few days after my contract ended and they were short with me over the phone and said they tried to send me an email. I checked my inbox, deleted, and junk, nothing!!!
When I picked up my dress I had to wait 5 minutes before I got attention. the shoeless lady seemed very disturbed that I was interrupting her day.
Their tactic is to obviously not sell your dress for 6 months and then steal it from you 30 days after your contract ends so they can make all the money off the sale.
They should be treating buyers and SELLERS with respect, we are the ones making them money! DO NOT CONSIGN YOUR DRESS HERE!!!

I just got married a couple of weeks ago and decided 4 days before my wedding that I didn’t like my dress. I decided to drop in here to see what she had and I found my dream dress within 10 minutes. The owner was super helpful and the store was cute and clean! She had a great selection of dresses for awesome prices. So happy with my experience and finding the dress of my dreams for 500 dollars! Thank you!

Even if your on a tight budget, you can find a new dress inexpensive. I wouldn’t recommend here. The sales girl looked like she just rolled out of bed after a rough night, not who I’d trust handling my wedding dress experience.

Rudest lady I’ve ever even had a vibe from. Dropped my dress off to see if it would sell, unfortunately it didn’t sell. The day I brought the dress in the lady was rushing and seemed annoyed I was even in there. Got a call yesterday when she told me the time was up and I could either donate the dress or come pick it up. The way she said it was «we’ve e mailed on these dates and now I’m calling as a last try» I was polite and said I’d be in the next day to get it and I apologize but I don’t have any emails. As soon as I got off the phone I checked my trash and spam box and NO emails.
Walked in today to get the dress. No one was around. After waiting five minutes and yelling hello three times I looked over at a sticky note on the desk that said «went to the back brb»
I thought that was odd having the door unlocked and a cute dog inside so I went back to my car bc I didn’t want to be responsible for anything without anyone in there. After ten more minutes I called shop she answered and I sAid «hello I was just inside to pick up a dress but no one was there so just calling to see if your back» she replied so rudely with attitude «I was in the bathroom» I replied with oh ok no problem I’ll be right in. Weird vibe again, so I grabbed the sticky note and said sorry I saw this so thought you were out, she grabbed the note out of my hand and said that was from earlier!
I guess I just got a bad vibe from day one, she’s very snotty and customer service is huge to me. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Couldn’t be more thrilled. I found my Vera Wang dress here — never worn before, for almost 40% off the original price tag. It is the most beautiful dress I could imagine. The seamstress they recommended me to — Malan is her name — is so great and so nice and my dress is literally perfect. I couldn’t be happier and I loved getting my dress not just off the rack at some tacky over-​priced wedding dress factory.

This is a great place if you are looking for a wedding dress. The customer service is great. The lady helping me chose out a few dresses that would fit me. I didn’t end up buying from Richele Kay since none of the dresses in my size worked for me, but the lady helping me was extremely friendly and kind. All the dresses that I looked at were clean and modern looking. The place is a little small, but they fit a lot of dresses in the store.

Updating to add that the business owner wrote me a personal apology and would be reviewing the information with her staff. I rarely review unless I feel it is very important and as such just saw her message.
I have also since heard from another bride (who I actually suggested go there as they had a good selection of plus sized gowns and she was on a very tight budget) that they have settled better into their current location and it was nice and clean. She didn’t find her gown, but was pleased with her experience.
I am so glad to hear that they have improved and hope they continue to do so! It truly is a needed service!

I visited Richele Kay over the weekend to start my wedding dress shopping with a mission to find a dress under $ 1000. I walked in to the shop and probably looked as clueless as I felt. Richele Kay explained the shop and even guessed my size on the spot! She helped make sure i picked up several styles as I collected the dresses I wanted to try on. As I showed my friends, she explained each style, the fabrics and various details on the dresses (it was awesome!). I left after putting a very promising dress on hold to make sure I didn’t buy the 3^rd dress I tried on too soon!
We visited Dress for a Cause with no luck and then went to Bridal Exclusives to see full prices dresses. Neither experience left me feeling the way I did about the dress at Richele Kay! We went back to the shop and bought the dress and I am so pleased with the quality and price. I feel like I have a unique dress that I am so excited to wear!
The only reason I can’t give the shop 5 stars is because of the less than enthusiastic associate that rang me up at the end of the day. We were all very excited and didn’t feel that she felt the same way. But she probably sees girls as excited as we were everyday… it doesn’t change my recommendation that if your looking for a beautiful dress but don’t want to break the bank on something that you’ll wear for one day, give them a try! I’m so happy I did!

I drive by this place everyday. What I do not understand is why she has dead plants in front of her shop !? Great used gowns etc… I am sure. But for crying out loud… get some inviting plants or foliage to add to your nice planters!

To start off, my GPS took me to the old location on 60^th.
I did not expect much from them, afterall they are a consignment store. Selections are very limited depending on who brings them dresses. Sizes have been altered to the fit the previous bride so it’s a hit and miss. I don’t blame them because they can’t control this.
My big dissapointment is the price, I don’t think it’s that much cheaper. You can you go to David’s Bridal for a brand new dress for as low as $ 99! I tried a few dresses at David’s Bridal that I liked around $ 399-​$ 699.
The space is small, especially the dressing room!!! There is no room for both you and your dress and it doesn’t help that the heat was blasting. I was afraid to use the walls for leverage because it would topple over.
Make sure to bring a friend to zip you in, this is self service. I came on a slow weekday, the daugther helped me into my dress when possible but she had to tend to other customers as they come in and out. Other than that, she’s not very helpful and knowledgable about wedding gowns. Make sure to bring your own bra, they don’t have one for you.
I did not find my dress here but I would give them a try again for my veil, sash and flower hair pieces.

I loved this place! It was the first bridal shop I went to and after going to a bunch after that, this place was the best. Not only did I go back here and buy the FIRST dress I tried on, but the dress was on sale and my mom managed to talk them down even more on price because it was missing some buttons, etc.
I see a lot of low reviews on here because the dresses are gently used. I have zero issue with that. The dress I bought had some dirt and stains on the bottom and underside, which are not visible and can be cleaned. So don’t care. I’m wearing this dress for 6 hours. It doesn’t need to be perfect. And if the stain is on the bottom where no one sees it, who cares!!!
I had nothing but good service, friendly service, GREAT selection. Of all the stores I went to this was the place where I found several dresses I needed to decide between. I also went back a month later to look for accessories and found exactly what I was looking for.
I had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend it. My only suggestion would be to go on a Sunday instead of Saturday because it can be super busy, even with appointments. But I went on a Sunday to try on the dresses again before deciding and it was completely dead.
