A professional climber commented, after some accident, she hasn’t had the courage to climb for 6 years until 3 Rolfing sessions with me opened a protective shell to let her experience the world and that sport again! Imagine living in a flexible and balanced body that is free of pain, stiffness and chronic stress. Imagine your body at ease with itself and able to adapt to life’s physical, mental and emotional challenges.
This is what you can expect from Rolfing Structural Integration, the highly respected process of soft tissue manipulation that balances and realigns your body by releasing tension and strain.
If you think your body should feel better and move more easily, then Rolfing Structural Integration may be right for you. Rolfing can resolve pain and discomfort from many different causes, including those related to the lingering effects of accidents, illnesses, trauma, repetitive motion injuries, aging, and strain.

I had been coaching Gymnastics movement education throughout America for over 10 years, But after feeling the life changing effects of this bodywork (first 10 series in 2003), I decided to shift my life calling to studying and practicing SI.
