With roots in beer and good food, Saraveza opened in October 2008. Owner, Sarah Pederson, hails from Wisconsin and brings a Midwest vibe to the Portland beer scene. Head Chef, Matt Simons, creates a humble fresh menu starring the pasty with additional emphasis on pickling and canning.
