I am a Realtor and have used Jay over the years for multiple buyers and sellers to evaluate the foundation/​slope/​settling/​support. I have always been very happy. He has killed a bunch of my transactions but I would always rather my buyers get a honest opinion up front than buy a house with issues.

I contracted Seismic Technologies to inspect a hillside house I was considering buying and am completely satisfied with my experience in working with them. Jay is not only an obvious expert in his field but took extra time to explain to me, in layman’s terms, what he was seeing during the inspection. He also went out of his way to make himself available to review some documents and answer questions after the inspection. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend his services without reservation.
