Dr. Meyers deserves all of her great reviews. She has a very nice demeanor, is very easy to talk to, and I really got the impression that she knows what she is talking about. I went into the meeting thinking that I needed custom orthotics and was ready to pay for them. She pointed out a bunch of other issues that could be causing my knee pains, and suggested that I try working on them first. I’m excited to try her suggestions, and am hopeful that I will end up being able to work with the OTC arch support she suggested and the stretches and exercises. If her suggestions aren’t enough to solve my knee pain, I will feel very comfortable going back to her to get custom orthotics built.

My only regret is that i didn’t go to Dr. Meyers first. She was extremely knowledgeable. She listened to me. She was able to pin point the problem and provide solutions that worked!!! I am always recommending her to my family and friends. She is one of the best doctors (in any specialty) i have ever encountered. Don’t waste your time or money with other doctors. See Dr. Meyers FIRST!!!

I wish more physicians were as compassionate and loving as she is.

My podiatrist at Kaiser referred me to Dr. Myers for custom orthotics, which Kaiser doesn’t make and won’t pay for, and which said podiatrist swore I desperately need. I’m a runner, and I’d like to get over this injury so I can resume being a runner, so I prepared to suck it up and pay $ 400±out of pocket.
Instead, Dr. Myers showed me how to modify a $ 50 OTC orthotic to be just as good as the $ 400 custom ones would be and said I’d be better off spending my money on good shoes. Then she recommended some shoes, and helped me find ones that meet my preference for non-​leather. THEN she didn’t charge me for the session! I get the impression that custom orthotics are something of a cash cow for a lot of practitioners – prescribing them to everyone, whether they need them or not – so it’s great to see that Dr. Myers is not just looking to make a buck. She also really seems to know what she’s doing (it’s too soon to say whether her recommendations will help me, but I’m hopeful…). Honestly, I’m kind of sad now that I’m stuck at Kaiser and can’t just see her as my regular podiatrist.
Oh, yeah – and when I used their website form to request an appointment, I got a return email within half an hour with a date and time. That date and time didn’t work for me, so I replied explaining my scheduling needs and asked if I could be put on a cancellations list. I got another email within half an hour: There was a cancellation, here’s an appointment that fits your schedule, and oh, by the way, it’s weeks sooner than what originally seemed possible.

I see why this place has consistent 5 stars. Dr. Myers is fantastic. She is a great combination of incredibly knowledgeable AND fun to talk to.

I’m a longtime runner. i was having such pain from a broken nail in my toe that I could barely put a shoe on. I spoke to Dr. Myers’s assistant and it turns out she had limited office hours today, but she called the doctor who then said she would come in just to see me.
She did the procedure, taking extra care to make sure it didn’t hurt, this after drawing pictures, explaining what had happened and why and patiently answering any questions I had. Simply can’t ask for a better foot doctor.

I am over the moon about Dr. Brani Myers! I’m the owner of a fitness/​wellness practice and I lead a running group 5 days a week. The thought of not running terrified me.
I was referred to Dr. Myers from a friend and after trying a multitude of other modalities, decided to give her a shot. She is beyond thorough and has incredible listening skills, connecting with her patients on a deeper level of their healing needs — relating to the fear and frustration of how my feet affect my LIFE!
She also outlined strategies that were going to be easy to execute, understanding that compliance can be a challenge for clients. She also took a great deal of time to explain the mechanics of my feet and why I was having the issues I was. Having this knowledge supported my ability to leave and practice what I was asked to aid in my recovery.
Finally, her demeanor is delightful and personable. I’ve already recommended her to several clients and I’m honored to do the same here publicly!
Her staff is INCREDIBLE TOO!

Dr Brandi Myers is awesome! She’s very relatable, listens well, and gave me a treatment regimen which has worked wonders! I’d been to two other Podiatrists before finding Dr Myers and her fabulous staff. What a find! Brandi is a true rare gem in the health care field.

I went to see Dr. Myers about calluses and a potential plantar wart on the bottom of my feet. Her office is beautifully designed – clean and modern. Her staff are friendly. I did not have to wait long past my appointment start time before Dr. Myers came to greet me and walk me back to an exam room.
Dr. Myers was great. She is obviously very good at her craft, but she is also very practical and willing to work with patients on their specific needs and limitations. As an example, I may, indeed, have a plantar wart, but because I am training for an intense endurance event, she is offering ways to tide me over until after the event since I will have some downtime with the removal of the wart.
I would highly recommend Sellwood Podiatry – particularly for active, athletic folks who are looking for a practical physician to add to their «arsenal» of support.

Went in for a broken toe and Dr Myers was super helpful. She was able to reset it very quickly (or reduce, in medical speak)… very very good bedside manner too. I would definitely recommend this place for any foot issues. She definitely knows her stuff.

I had a really bad ingrown toenail that was bothering the crap out of me. I tried to tough it out, and did eventually go into Zoomcare to check it out. I saw Dr. Myers at Zoomcare and gave me the scoop. Said I could wait it out, or get it removed. Decided to see what a month would do, and didnt get better. I went into Dr. Myers Sellwood Podiatry office to have my toenail removed. It was my big toenail too btw. It was a quick process. Numbed the hell out of it, and removed the nail like nothing! Super nice and friendly. Gave me options. Will for sure go back if something like this happens again!

My first visit to see Dr. Meyers was 8 years ago (2006)! She provided me my first pair of custom orthotics. My visit with her gave me such good foot relief that I saved her name to make sure if I had a need for more orthotics I would go back to her.
8 years later, I did. I had an appointment with her today to check on my orthotics and was happy that she gave them a clean bill of health and said they’d continue to work for me for some years!
Dr. Meyers is friendly, very professional, and it is obvious that she really cares for her patients, even ones like me whom she doesn’t see for years between visits! I highly recommend Dr. Meyers for your podiatry needs!

Best Doctor I’ve ever had. Dr. Myers is extremely competent, pleasant, and her staff works hard to help her patients. I smashed my toe pretty good over a weekend. They rushed me in a spare time slot, took care of my toe and its badly damaged nail in under 40 minutes. I am happily healing with great instructions that were printed out and gone over before I left. If I call the office after hours it forwards to Dr. Myers cell. Wow.

I have been to several doctor appointments in recent years. I can tell you the service and care Dr. Myers gives is like none other. I have been dealing with enormous pain and her advise and guidance has helped me tremendously! I wish I could give her a 10 instead of a 3. And by the way… her staff is incredibly kind, courteous and helpful. I really enjoyed this experience.

Dr Myers is a great doctor which includes also her kindness, and compassion.
I am a dancer and Dr Myers understands my need to heal as quickly as possible, and she is both careful and proactive about her approach. I trust her knowledge.

My experiences with Dr. Brandi Meyers and her staff have been truly positive. From the start, it became apparent why my podiatrist at Kaiser Permanente referred me to Sellwood Podiatry. The painful problems with the plantar fascia in my left foot have greatly improved, and mostly eliminated, since being fitted for orthotics by Brandi a couple of years ago. She’s always great when I check in with questions and concerns. I definitely recommend Sellwood Podiatry for all orthotic needs.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Dr. Myers. I’ve been battling toenail fungus on six of my toes for over twenty years and decided to finally get rid of it once and for all. I had been successful with Lamisil in my early 20’s, but the fungus eventually came back and I’m not wild about adding an internal drug to my system now that I’m in my late 30’s.
So Dr. Myers initially put me on a topical regimen that I stuck with for about three months, but ultimately I decided to take her up on her offer to simply remove the offending toenails outright, allowing them to grow back over the next 6 – 8 months (hopefully fungus-​free, and I’ll be back on the topical solution to ensure that happens). While having six toenails removed is no picnic, she made the process as pain-​free as possible.
After a few days of gingerly protecting my toes, they healed over pretty well and now allow me to walk and wear shoes fairly normally. Looking forward to not being embarrassed by gross toenails again! Thanks, Dr. Myers.

I came to Dr. Myers about 6 weeks after thinking I’d fractured my left pinky toe. I’d tried doctoring myself via the interweb (never a great idea) and since it still ached a lot, decided seeing a specialist was probably the wisest course of action. Her office is easy to get to and to find, the inside is a kind of modern Scandinavian style that appealed to me, and the warm greeting I received from both Dr. Myers and her receptionist further solidified my belief I’d come to the right place.
Dr. Myers was up front about the length of time that toe injuries can take, whether actually fractured or not. She went ahead and used her mobile x-​ray machine to establish that, in fact, it wasn’t fractured. She did note that even though it wasn’t actually fractured or broken, it could still be a long and tender healing process.
She is knowledgeable, professional and quite personable in her demeanor. I would highly recommend her practice to anyone suffering with foot issues.

All I can say is wow. Amazing. The office is clean, modern, and feels very comfortable. The front desk attendant was very nice. After filling the necessary paperwork out Dr. Myers came out to get me. She really tried to get to know what was bothering me, how I felt about it, and made sure it was all my own opinion about the situation. She looked at my toe (ingrown toenail, no infection, not too serious) and gave me the options. She left out her opinion completely and let me decide what was best for me.
As for the procedure — it was better than going to the dentist! She numbed my toe completely — checked multiple times to make sure it was 100% numb. She was very professional but also kept the friendly conversation going. I actually really enjoyed my time there. She made sure to let me know what was going to happen, what was happening, and the follow up procedure. I left with all the knowledge I need as well as the reassuring knowledge that if I need to call she is there for her patients ²⁴⁄₇.
The entire process was better than I could have imagined. The cherry on top is that she is the type of doctor who won’t drag you along unless that is the method of treatment you would like/​need. She is 100% about what her patients want. Again, Wow. Amazing.
