Bittu at SkyPath was simply amazing during what turned out to be a pretty harrowing return trip experience for my son and me from India. Stranded without passports, trying to get on wait listed Lufthansa flights, getting stranded in Mumbai after flight cancelation for 48 hours, getting completely rerouted on a brand new ticket — I would not have been able to survive the drama if it hadn’t been for Bittu’s calm attitude, perseverance and unprecedented level of availability (even answering calls at 2:30 am!) She is an angel to work with, and a genius at coming up with creative solutions. While I am not sure I will ever fly Lufthansa again, I am thrilled to have gotten a chance to work with Bittu and highly recommend her as anyone’s travel agent. You rock, Bittu!
