The customer service was decent, however, the clothes themselves for the prices don’t have a lot of personality which was disappointing. I mean decent for the area but still way too expensive than it has any right to be.

This is a pretty shop in the Pearl District. I had the opportunity to check it out the other night. I turned over some of the price tags on the very ordinary looking clothes and gasp! Yikes! Seriously? $ 85.00 for a little baby/​infant sweater?!
Much of the clothing was reminiscent of things that you can find at H&M or Old Navy. In other words, rather nondescript and cheap. The fabric felt so-​so, the construction of the garments was rather like over-​sized, sloppy flash dance shirts. «What a feeling» Indeed. And the price to pay for you 80’s look? $ 79.00. Ouch. I am not feeling that.
Splendid is just too ordinary to throw the word «Splendid» around.
