Steph just helped me and my husband buy our new home and the process couldn’t have been easier. She answered all of our questions, emails and phone calls promptly, in a language we could understand, she was organized, anticipated things the underwriter might ask for to prevent surprises at the last minute and she had everything wrapped up and ready to close early! She has a team of people working with her to keep things running smoothly but we never felt handed off, we always felt like we were her top priority. Since I work in the industry and have met more mortgage brokers than the average human will ever meet, I can honestly say she is one of the very best in the business.

Steph Noble is rad! She helped my husband and I buy our first home, and she made it seem easy. She got things done fast and was always on top of it. She helped us make the financial decisions that would best benefit us in the long run. She helped make the numbers part of home buying not as scary. She has a great sense of humor and has a way of making you feel comfortable and at home.

I switched to NW Mortgage Group at the last second because they are an approved lender for the Mortgage Credit Certificate (an awesome tax credit for first-​time homebuyers), unlike the credit union I was going to work with. Steph was unfazed and helped me close on time, handling everything with grace and panache. She was fun to work with, always positive, and crossed every T! I can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s a true pro.
