I spend many hours each week studying listings, trends, changes in law, changes in mortgage information and touring new listings on the market. All of this is background work for my clients. If I don’t know the answer to a question I will find it, as I have access to the best resources in the business.

History

Established in 2005.

Since living in Portland for 18 years, with my children having attended Laurelhurst Grade School, da Vinci Middle School and Grant High School, I feel I can finally call myself a true Oregonian. This is my home, and I truly enjoy helping people sell or find their home. It is always an adventure, with surprises at each step, and wonderful people to meet all along the way. Most important to me is integrity — I will listen to your needs, answer your questions, do my best at all times, and follow through on each and every step with great care.

I am a mid-​western lady who is happily transplanted (okay, a couple of decades ago) to my favorite city, Portland. The best thing about the midwest is that we are trained to work hard; its a no-​frills sort of place. We are rock solid and trustworthy! This is my favorite quality that I bring to a business that frankly, has few admirers. I strive at being good at what I do, and I enoy taking care of my clients.
