SUPortland is dedicated to providing a quality Stand Up Paddleboad experience to the Portland/​Vancouver area. Featuring on the water beginners lessons, SUP Yoga classes, and rentals, all for low cost by friendly, knowledgable staff.

History

Established in 2012.

Jeff moved to a Jantzen Beach floating home in 2009, instantly loving the unique free feeling, low impact exercise, cool new sport of inland all water stand up paddleboarding. After acquiring a few boards and seeing the opportunity to ignite enthusiasm for SUP in the Portland/​Vancouver, SUPortland was born. Seeing newcomers fall in love with SUP, often a bonding experience between friends and family, truly is a passion for Jeff.

This business truly has been a dream for me! Seeing the opportunity to excite enthusiasm of the unique water sport SUP to the Portland area after moving into a floating home in 2009, I worked as a bartender to achieve my goal. It is rewarding and fun to provide the best Stand Up Paddleboard experience I can to the Portland/​Vancouver area.
