When we moved to Portland, we had no idea of where get tires, after having used the same place for over 20 years. We got very lucky with Sutton’s as they are the kind of place that I can turn my wife loose there knowing that they will take good care of her. It is unfortunate but seemingly a fact that it is not typically possible for a mechanic or tire dealer to take care of my wife or my daughter without getting gouged. There is a reason that they have been in business so long. Thank you Kim for taking such good care of my wife. We will be back.

After taking my car to, two other shops and being quoted ridiculous amounts for new brakes and rotors, I decided to take my car to Sutton tires as I have taken my car here before and they did a great job. I was greeted upon walk in and since I had already had the issue diagnosed, I told them what I needed done, they gave me a quote and they were able to get me in right away.
About an hour or two later, my car was finished and I left a happy camper with work well done at a reasonable price.

Suttons is a family operated business. I’ve been a customer for decades. The best part is the service, they really work with you to provide the best car/truck tire for you.
I come here for tires, chains and brakes and alignments. They are the best!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was recommended to the co-owner (Ron) and when he answered and I told him I was recommended to HIM as a salesman, he quickly handed the phone to his sister and didn’t say anything.
His sister Kim is a whole ‘nother story. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
They are a tire company and they have no way to look up tire size on a car. even I know how to use the internet to search that.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. even if you have a «buy local» attitude. It is not worth the headache dealing with them.
If you don’t believe me, give them a call, and you can judge for yourself. 10 seconds on the phone with them, and it will all make sense.
