I was charged for food items by an employee(Rebecca) who neglected to put the items in my bag. I called when I got home. She admitted to leaving the items out of my order. Rebecca told me next time I came in to refer to the order and I would be refunded. My next visit I placed my order in drive-thru. When I got to the window Rebecca was working and remember the incident but now refused not only to not refund me but also not apply a credit to my now order. She said she was throwing my food out that was made. I asked for a manager. In the meantime she made me wait and since I couldn’t go in the store I had no options. A man behind me proceeded to pound and kick my car. Tried to break the locks to get in. Called me many names and blocking me by standing in front of my car. This went on for several minutes. The manager came to the window(Alex) who very professionally handled the situation. He asked Rebecca why she didn’t refund me and prevent this crime against me. She instead let it escalate and celebrated the actions of this man who was threatening me. Alex suggested I call the police. I called the police and got the plates on the car of the man. Meanwhile, I do not understand the level of mental capacity of Rebecca. Rebecca can’t figure out simple logic. The fact that she didn’t give me my food the first time and refused to at a minimum credit me demonstrates her level of competence. She has now created a situation where Taco Bell is liable for the crime committed.

Don’t think I’ve ever wasted so much food in my whole life. Stale chalupas & it tasted like the sour cream was actually going sour… Wouldn’t recommend going here!!!

Thank you to my neighborhood Taco Bell. I have an old dog who has pretty much stopped eating. But I discovered this week that she loves soft tacos from this restaurant. I now go in every day to get her soft tacos with no vegetables(thanks to the staff who are willing to make it special for her), so thank you so much!

I don’t expect much out of taco bell, so I didn’t have high expectations for this location or this experience. I went through the drive thru with some friends around 11:45pm and it took too long to order and get our food for us being the only ones in the drive thru and no one else in the store. Food was not bad… about as expected. Good cheep late night snack.

I’ve worked in restaurants, 10 – 12 in my day, I know the kitchen tile floor cleaner smell mixed with non-stick shoes and grease, take a bow Taco Bell, now I know what that tastes like, in my drink, I would be pissed already, but the reason I’m super upset with this is that my wife was drinking from that tea before we noticed fully that it was there, chemicals and floor muck may be in your beverage. It still lingers in my mouth 20 min later. I feel sick and that smell and awful odor is hanging in the back of my throat, oh my god, if we go to the hospital I do still have the cup, cross your fingers and hope us never eating at your restaurants again is the only thing negative that happens. Disgusting horrible restaurant experience, sick to my stomach, ewggh Lwa auggh. By the way, my wife is 6 months pregnant. It’s beyond words, I feel greatly offended by your careless practices on sanitation! I’m sorry I have to write this, but I would feel worse if I did not

This is a place you might want to take a date or a friend. I came here after my latest surgery and ordered some burritos. Sometimes children come here. The restrooms have running water and are well lit. The glass on the front door is often smeared with hand prints. It smells like food inside. You can have birthday parties here. All in all, this is a place to come if you want to eat something.

Since the remodel, this place has awesome service and is generally really fast, even with a line. They don’t mess up on orders and the food is hot and fresh.

This is my local Taco Bell now and I love Taco Bell, but I will not be going here ever again. First time I waited ages, only for them to hand me 3 big bags of food. I ordered one burrito but because they deleted my order I had to wait like a million years for a feast for the people behind me… ok not that big a deal but the burrito was not good, you know how sometimes they make the beans like flavorless? 2nd time, they handed me the food and took it home. The guy asked for sauce, even double checked to make sure the right kind and then didn’t put any in there. From before I even opened it up, I was hit by a smell that was not right. The smell alone made me feel nauseous, I worried the meat was bad but I couldn’t see anything wrong so I tried it anyway. Tasted awful, definitely the lettuce/tomatoes had gone bad although I still suspect the meat had to be causing the smell. I was sick to my stomach with pain and explosive runs for 24 hours. Even if it was a fluke? Still not worth coming here ever.

Fastest service in town. I frequent many fast food establishments. My order is often served faster than I can get my payment out of my wallet. Unlike the previous reviewer, I have noticed no portion or quality variance from other taco bell restaurants.

This location seems to have gone downhill in the last few years. They used to offer reasonably-sized portions, but corporate or the franchise owner seems to have cracked-down on their portions because they’re now consistently smaller than other locations of the same chain. If there was another location *anywhere* near-by, I’d be there in a hot second. Unfortunately, this is the only Taco Bell near my apartment. Recently, I’ve been going to Taco Time instead.
