Awful service and doesn’t hold their guarantee. Gave me a piece a crap that is not compatible with my phone, ended up breaking and now they will not replace. Crappy service. A gentleman man with tattoos on his face and neck assisted me and was extremely rude, this is honestly the WORST customer service i have had EVER. He wouldnt even look at me and was playing with his phone and playing cards and went as far as to laugh at me and say «Im sorry you feel that way». This is CERTAINLY not good customer service.

My wife and I went in to have her iPhone 6 screen replaced and were out in less than ten minutes. The gentleman working the kiosk was in an awesome Star Wars Christmas sweater. I struck up a conversation with him (being a fellow nerd) and he was affable and kind, as well as knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Really poor service. They only consider easy money.
I stop by today and try to fix my iPhone 5 with power key. They only say no, we don’t have parts then walk away.
Walk away. That’s really amazing.
I kept saying so should I come back later or what. Then they told me it will take over an hours. We are not doing that.
For my experience, they are not treating me as a customer. It’s a really bad experience.

I dropped my phone and needed to replace my phone screen, and Talk n Fix took care of it. Unfortunately I had some follow-​up issues, which may have been a result of the initial drop and not Talk n Fix’s fault at all, but they fixed both issues for free even though we offered to pay. We really appreciate their follow-​up!

Bad experience. I had my screen replaced and noticed a hairline crack in the new display after leaving the mall. I wasn’t terribly worried about it because I plan to purchase the iPhone 6s in sept/​oct. A few days later the crack continued to spread throughout the glass. I brought my phone back to the kiosk and they refused to honor the repair warranty. I didn’t drop the phone or physically damage it. It’s either a faulty display or a bad installation.
For my initial repair I planned to go to the Apple Store but it was slightly more expensive and had a longer wait. However, lesson learned as I’m now back to square one and out $ 100.

The sales associate fixed the screen on the Iphone 6 and some how messed up the touch ID on the phone. It work when we dropped it off and didn’t work after the screen was replaced. When we took it back he wanted to blame everything else except himself. Ask for a discount the manager Chris refused. Worst customer service ever and the quality of work is terrible. Buy insurance on your phone will be cheaper than what they charge. They don’t know what they are doing. Go somewhere else. I had to take the Iphone to another place because the glass was put on wrong. The guy didn’t align the glass properly so it blocked the camera and made the screen loose. STAY AWAY FROM THIS KIOSK!

These guys are a blessing! Broke my screen on iPhone the one day I didn’t have protective case on it. After researching purchasing a new one I found these guys located outside the Apple Store in Washington Square.
The guy fixed it in 15 minutes and I saved hundreds of dollars!

Been here twice 2 different IPhones. Both times had great fast service. I know a couple others that I suggested going there and the same result. These guys are good honest and fix it way cheaper than Apple.

Canaan is AMAZING! This was the best place to get your phone fixed! My daughters iphone had a cracked screen, I attempted to fix it myself and wasn’t successful. I came across this place in the mall and had gotten a quote for $ 112 to replace the screen. Apple wanted $ 350!
So, if you need to get your phone fixed, then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU COME TO THE MALL AND SEE CANAAN @ TALK N FIX!
He provided us with the best customer service and support. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Flashback to July: iPhone 5 home button fell off. Everything was still functional so I just kept keeping on.
Fast forward to Monday Oct. 6: Home button stops working completely and all I can do is text. No apps! No photos! My life was incomplete.
On Thursday Oct. 9, I went to Talk N Fix at the recommendation of a colleague. THANK THE GREAT HEAVENS I DID.
The tattooed tech (+1!) was friendly and chill, had both a white home button and flex for the repair. $ 49 and only 20 – 25 mins wait — yes please. While I was off buying flowers for my hair at Claire’s and eating snacks from eBar, he got the job done.
Don’t allow yourself to suffer from FOMO. Find the TNF kiosk and get yourself squared away.

Just had my phone fixed by Canaan in seattle at westlake center. Amazingly courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and use him again in a heartbeat’n

Needed a glass replaced on a Galaxy s4.
Dropped it off at 2pm on Sunday with the statement that it will be ready Monday morning. I said I’d be by before lunch.
I was there before 10am, the time at which the mall and the kiosks open.
Kid shows up, takes down the kiosk curtain, then disappears for 30 minutes, leaving me and at least one other customer to stand and wait, with some colorful commentary regarding their «Back in ten minutes» sign.
Kid finally returns from his lunch, tries to call the manager. Received a promise that the phone would be back by 11am.
(They take some of the phones to work on overnight).
1. Phone was returned without the cover. Luckily, it was just the OEM one that was included in the bundle with the phone.
2. Glass was not properly seated and sealed on one side.

They took my destroyed iPhone 5s and replaced the screen in under an hour. The phone had been run over by a large truck and now it works great.

I took an iPhone there to have a cracked screen replaced. It was the worst experience. They said it would take 30 mins and I ended up spending almost 3 hours waiting at the mall and finally was told they were out of stock and I would have to come back tomorrow. I stopped in the next day and they still did not have it finished and in fact had a hard time finding my phone and tried to hand me someone else’s iTouch and then another person’s iPhone without even confirming that it was my phone. Alarming that they would hand me someone else’s phone with all their information and not take measures to protect our information. They still could not produce a fix iPhone but found my phone which had a new screen on it that had a totally different cracked screen. I was extremely concerned and upset as to what was going on and asked for the manager’s number. The tech was texting the manager as I was there and finally gave me his number which I called and it went to a totally different and strange voicemail. They said they would called the next day when it was done, which they never did. I called back twice and they said that they promised if it was not fixed in 3 hours they would replace it. They never called back and I had to stop in to the location two days later when I was back from the weekend. A new tech was there and had no clue and apologized for why it was still not fixed. He said they would have it ready the next day. I stopped in because they finally called me and said it would be ready by 1pm. When I stopped in the next new tech seemed to know exactly who I was when I walked up but had my phone open and apart as if he was working on it. He then tried to put the new screen on and could not so pulled another phone out of the drawer and took the screen off of it and put it on mine. Within four hours of having my phone back it stop working and will not turn on. I will be going back down to them again today to try and get my money back and see what needs to be done to get a phone.

They are just bad. I went there FOUR times asking to fix the rear camera for my iPhone 5 and I still haven’t fixed it yet.
First time I went there they told me they were out of iPhone 5 cameras and told me to come back next week. Then the next week I went there again they were still out of cameras. So I left and went back there the third time. They guy told me they couldn’t fix it «today» and asked me to come back «tomorrow» (which is today). So today I give them the last chance. They are not surprisingly out of stock again. I asked them why are you always out of stock. He (not the owner) said I don’t know, ask the owner. Fine. I have been never so disappointed with someone before. It’s been a month now and I could’ve just gone to Apple store and spend a little more for a replacement and get things done instead of wasting four round trips to washington square just to fix the damn phone. :(
