Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I would say to make sure the person knows what they are doing. Just because they charge a lot and have certifications doesn’t mean they have the answer.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. The one thing I would want to know is how to troubleshoot some of the simple things on my computer. I found out the most valuable tool a tech can have is GOOGLE. Everyone has had the problem you are having and every tech should be humble enough to admit they don’t know it all. They should be willing to listen and learn, as well as search.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The customer should consider if the problem they are having with their computer is worth the trouble and cost. Sometimes it is better to just buy a new computer. For instance, if the computer is over 5 ye

I am originally from Shreveport La. and moved here in 1985 as a child. I pretty much grew up here, still haven’t gotten used to the rain.
