Established in 2013.

The Genesis Center for Clinical Hypnosis was founded to provide the Greater Middletown community access to an effective, complementary treatment option. As a healthcare practitioner for 20 years, I’ve seen the impact that outlook and attitude towards life, and more specifically disease can affect well-​being. Hypnosis can help people overcome bad habits that are consuming them, reduce or eliminate symptoms of many illnesses, or just achieve the self-​confidence needed to be more self-​fulfilled in life.

It is well known that our subconscious mind and our thoughts affect our body’s chemical responses, including the immune system. This is why hypnosis can have such an affect on so many conditions.

Meet the Business Owner

Penny C.

Business Owner

Penny is a Registered Nurse, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, and Certified Consulting Hypnotist. She is adjunct faculty at a local paramedic program and has taught numerous pain management seminars. Penny is a graduate of the American School of Clinical Hypnosis International and certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, National Guild of Hypnotists, and the American Academy of Pain Management.
