Specialties

I represent people injured in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, TriMet or commercial bus accidents, bicycle crashes or otherwise injured due to another person’s negligence. I also specialize in wrongful death cases and representing sexual assault, sexual abuse and other crime victims. I work on a contingency fee basis, meaning I do not take a fee unless you recover money for your claim. Feel free to give me a call to get free information regarding your case by phone or to schedule a free consultation at my office.

History

Established in 2009.

I left the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office in 2009 to open my own law practice specializing in representing victims injured in sexual abuse, car accident, truck accident, wrongful death, duii accidents, product liability and TriMet accidents. I have tried over 100 cases to a jury since 1996 and I have recovered millions of dollars for my clients. I work one on one with my clients. You will not be handed off to an associate or other staff member. I front all of the money for expenses on your case and you do not have to pay me by the hour. I work on a contingency fee basis, meaning I do not get paid unless I recover money for you on your case. Call me to talk about your case for free, or call and schedule a free in person consultation.
