Established in 2004.

The Punch List Pro, Inc. is the assumed name of Kedrick Plummer Constructors Incorporated. The corporation has been involved in new construction and remodeling projects in the Greater Portland area since it was founded in 2004.

Kedrick has worked in the construction field for 15 years. From foundation work, framing structures, and roofing to fine woodwork and tiling he has had a taste of all phases of construction. His eye for detail and his commitment to quality work led the corporation to assume the name «The Punch List Pro, Inc.» as a tool to connect with clients who are searching for a solution to their small project needs.

Business Owner

Kedrick was involved in construction at an early age as part of the family business. His involvement in building eventually turned into an interest in design. This interest led him to Lehigh University where he persued a degree in architecture. After graduating, he returned to Maine to continue working in construction and to start a business. Kedrick is married and lives in Portland.
