Great customer service! I saw smiles on the faces of the staff and the other customer in the store. They went above and beyond to help me. All I had was a couple of Amazon returns. My return packaging was the same envelope and box that the items arrived in and was not in very good condition after being opened. The shipping labels were applied for me and they even securely taped the shipping containers for me. Great experience. I will definitely be back in the future!

WOW!!! Finding a professional and fun to do business with parcel packer and shipper is something you want to share with everyone you know, so here I am! Two hours later I am still astonished at how efficient, fun and customer oriented the UPS Store is. I drove across town based on Unilocal reviews. You were right! Amazing. Today I had a 30 pound parcel heading for Cali. While in it’s original packing box, well buffered, in no time at all, Afshan and Nabil had it measured, weighed, and quoted with insurance, additional packaging, and delivery date options in front of me. The phone was ringing, other customers were waiting, and we got our parcel ready for UPS in no time! PLUS… Apparently there is a AAA discount available as that was offered to me as well. I honestly can’t wait to have something else to ship. Oh… adorable greeting cards and shipping supplies line the walls of this Sellwood District store! Thank you!

My husband and I had a post box here for 6 months. Before a trip to Europe, we ordered a huge amount of travel gear that all came through this store, so we used their services a lot. We also mailed packages from here regularly and used their shredding services. We were always served quickly and with warm smiles and efficiency. Many times we said we were glad we chose this UPS store. We highly recommend it.

Excellent customer service! They are friendly, consistently tape up my open Zappos boxes and offer my kids candy. If they aren’t busy, they will show the kids the model UPS plane and truck. It is now one of thier favoite errands to run as a family. Another great Sellwood neighborhood business!

This is such a friendly and efficient UPS store! The man who waited on us was very knowledgeable about which companies require payment for shipping and which do not, and helped us immediately. I would definitely recommend this store and people who work there.

The worst UPS Store I have ever used. They are located near my work so I really tried use them but after about 10 visits to their store and each time being given wrong information. I am very patient which is why it took me over ten visits to realize this store sucks.
Did not deliver as they said they would, the prices and information changed from specific phone conversations to in-​store shipping.
I have used UPS for years and shipped all over the country large parcels and small. This store needs a work over!
I now go out of my way to use a different location.
They all look the same but believe me, they are not the same at all.

Friendliest staff around. I love these guys. I use them for making copies every week and they are always speedy and friendly. Go here for ALL your shipping, copy making, laminating… they do all sorts of stuff!

We are temporarily living in Portland and have therefore become quite reliant on this little UPS. I’m not a person who likes to run errands, but whenever UPS is on the list, I secretly smile a little. The staff is BEYOND AMAZING and friendly and helpful. They repeatedly go above and beyond — staying open late, helping us to our car, etc. The guy who helped out tonight, Adam, was super helpful and delightful. I can’t recommend this place enough. We are actually moving soon to a different location in Portland, closer to another mailing place, but we will be taking the drive to this UPS anyway, because, well — go visit, you’ll understand…

Joel is a completely wonderful individual and is very attentive to his customers needs. Every time I go to his store I feel more like an honored guest than a customer! There are several UPS stores in Portland, but I always go this particular store because Joel and his people really take care of you and your needs. I know its just printing and shipping, but in this day and age of mediocrity and lackluster service Joel and his crew make you feel great for supporting a local business that supports you back!

Wow, where do I start? I’ve been choosing the local Ups store owned by Joel Fields on Tacoma, since 2006. Joel has been helping me with my business printing needs since I started my massage therapy practice. He has been over the top with outstanding customer service. I always leave smiling and feeling fantastic about my print outs, and happy that I am paying this local business owner.
