A buyer’s inspection showed a «belly» in my sewer line (which is basically a section that is sagging and filled with water). Sent quote requests out to Titan and a few others. I received a call back from Rich a day or two later with an estimate of $ 7450.00 which included repaving my driveway and a portion of the street as the belly was near the main connection. I emailed him twice with questions on the quote and also left a voice mail with no response. I’m glad I didn’t schedule the job because I received another quote for almost $ 3000.00 cheaper from another reputable company. I have heard that Titan does nice work. if you can get a hold of them. Do your homework and get several quotes before scheduling a large project; you’ll potentially save yourself a headache and thousands of dollars!

I called Titan with an emergency plumbing issue. Our one toilet was not working and we had about 20 – 30 people coming over in a few days to celebrate our newborn’s christening. Their website advertised, «24÷7 Emergency Services Available.» Somebody picked up on my first call. I told him our waste water was not draining and the toilet wouldn’t flush – it was an emergency. He said he would check to see if someone was available and call me back. An hour passed, no call. I called again to make sure they had the right contact info. No answer, just voicemail. I left a message. I called again 2 more hours later. No answer. Just voicemail. I called the next day. No answer. Voicemail. At this point they still haven’t called me back.
We just cancelled the party. And our toilet is still clogged. I understand if you’re too busy, or if we are too small a job for you to fuss with… but follow up. Call me back and tell me so. Do what you say you are going to do. Have some integrity. I have no faith in Titan Plumbing.

I like they guys from «Team Titan» Plumbing. I called about a clogged drain and garbage disposal that didn’t work in a house I just bought 2 months earlier. Richard spoke with me on the phone, was friendly and said he’d have someone call me back to schedule an appointment. About 20 minutes later I got a call from a plumber who was on the road and could be at my house in 10 minutes. In a panic I did all the dishes so the kitchen would be presentable (HA!)
Tyler arrived, was very nice, professional and well presented. He examined the situation, explained very clearly to me what the problem was and repaired the clogged sink. He was also able to provide an estimate to replace the broken garbage disposal. I’m very happy with the prompt service and professionalism but I’ll admit I was a bit surprised at the $ 119.90 bill to unclog a sink that only took 20 minutes. They are A-​OK and If it was a better value I’d have given them 4 stars for sure.
I’d absolutely recommend using them and might call upon them again in the future, but get a clear idea of the cost before you commit to the work.

Honest contractors! A rare bird. Selling our home in West Linn, Oregon. Sewer inspection disclosed a disconnected sewer line to the street. Original estimate of over $ 4000 to repair was voluntarily reduced by Rich, owner’s son, to just over $ 2100, when he discovered that the repair could be done without tearing up the street or sidewalk. How they did that is still a mystery to us. 5 star rating from us for this job.

Titan recently re-​piped our entire basement sewer line which had corroded in several areas. It was quite a job which entailed jackhammering our finished basement tile and some carpeted area but they managed to complete the job with minimal disruption. They discovered additional corrosion in another area and replaced that piping, which added an additional work day, at no extra charge. We obtained other estimates and Titan came in with a very competitive bid along with a quick estimated turnaround time. Richard oversaw the entire job from start to finish. He went above and beyond by arranging for and overseeing our re-​carpeting and drywall for us. He and Rich even made a special trip out to move furniture for the carpeting not to mention additional trips to move the washer and dryer multiple times! I would recommend, and have recommended, Titan for any plumbing needs you may have.

Just a terrible experience, and no accountability from management.
I engaged Titan to come to my home and install a new shower valve and drain, for a shower remodel in progress. The plumber arrived and spent an hour talking about how hard the job would be, cut out the existing valve, and cut off the drain line then just left. Cutting the drain line left an open drain that I had to cover myself to prevent sewer gas from entering the house.
The next day, when I contacted him to try to get the work finished I was told he might make it the next day, then told «you had better find another plumber» before being hung up on.
The general demeanor of the plumber was totally unprofessional. He had an apprentice with him who he was berating the entire time they were in my home. I was on a conference call for part of the time they were here and my coworkers could hear him shouting in my house.
I had a tilesetter waiting to finish the shower and Titan delayed my project for three weeks because of this mess. Don’t use this company.

Not cheap but efficient. They dug and laid new gutter drainage for my home.
They are a bit lax when it comes to scheduling and staying on schedule. Sometimes they would leave early and not show up for two days and I’d have to call to find out what was going on and they would respond, «Yup, we’ll be out there tomorrow.»

I had Titan Plumbing replace our sewer line at our old house due to root damage. Rich came in and figured out a way to replace the line without making us take apart our deck (which is what two other plumbing companies wanted us to do). On top of that, their bid came in much less than the other two companies. After the work was completed, we contacted them for a new job…
A complete remodel of our new home, which is 102 years old! They did such a great job at our old place, we asked if they could work on the home we just bought, because it needed some updating. They came through with their head contractor, Don Owens, and they gave us a very honest bid on what the cost would be to complete the work. It wasn’t much. All we wanted them to do was redo every piece of electrical, plumbing and ductwork, redo the kitchen, redo the floors, redo every bathroom, add a bathroom, finish the basement, paint the entire house, and throw in the kitchen sink!
They are winding down now, as we’ve had about 85% of it completed, and they’ve been a dream to work with. They take so much pride in their work, and it shows. All the subcontractors they’ve used have been amazing. Most of the guys they work with have been working together for 20+ years, so they know how to get things done.
I’ll give an update when it is all completed, but I was too excited not to share right now. If you ever need work done on your house, I would recommend calling these guys for a bid. They have been a dream to work with and I appreciate everything Ed, Richard, Rich and Don have done for us. If we ever need any work done in the future, they’ll be the first people we call.

We have been owner, Ed Topor’s customers since 2003 when he installed new plumbing for our basement remodel and redid the plumbing for the entire house all the way out to the street. Ed is a charming guy. He is responsive, works within our budegt, is funny, considerate and works very clean.
Most recently, Titan replaced our water heater. They returned our call immediately, came out the next morning for a diagnostic and squeezed us in a day early when they had a cancellation. Sean took his shoes off when he entered our house, explained things really well, worked fast and offered to vacuum when he was finished. We love these guys!

I had Titan Plumbing come in and replace my kitchen faucet and my shower head.
Ed came in personally and was quick and efficient! Everything was done fast and clean. He cleaned up after himself and it almost seemed cleaner then when he started. Ed gave me tips on keeping my new hardware productive.
I would definitely work with them again.
