Definitely as cool as it gets. We needed a service that provided us with a child seat and we were arriving at 11pm at Portland airport and needed to go to Vancouver, WA Well we could not have picked a better service to use. Started off with efficient e-​mail responses and he was there at the airport waiting for us with the added gift of a bottle of water for after our flight. The child’s seat was in the back ready to go. We had an easy trip over the bridge and straight to the hotel.
So, if you have a baby/​toddler and you need a ride in Portland, this is the way to go, safe, clean and efficient, cannot ask for much more

Travis is a gem! He deserves every star earned, plus more. I arranged for pick up at PDX after a 3 hour trip from Cali, with a one year old baby and dog in tow. Traveling with the baby, a dog, and all the baggage that entails is stressful enough, the last thing I wanted to do was add to the chaos of traveling by using a shuttle service or seeking a taxi. To my surprise, the rates for Travis to pick us up in his super swanky, immaculate black car were beyond reasonable. When we staggered out of baggage, he was waiting for us with smiles and bottled water. He even had a car seat for my baby, saving me the aggravation of lugging ours along. Seriously, he was the best. Friendly, personable, professional, and courteous, I felt like we hit the jackpot! Naturally, we used his services for our ride back to PDX when our vacation was over and he was as prompt, friendly, and awesome as before. I’m so glad I found Travis. I will definitely use him again when I’m in Portland again.

I can’t say enough about the professionalism of this owner-​operated company. Service is prompt, courteous, and friendly (you don’t always get this in Portland, so I was struck by this). The owner will happily provide a car seat, and kids under 13 ride free. Doesn’t get much better! This is my preferred car service to the airport from now on.
