They aren’t at 9th and Alder anymore. Their website says that they have moved over to a brick n mortar place @ Cartlandia. Haven’t checked it out yet.

Amazing fish tacos! Cuban coffee was authentic and packed a punch in a great way! Ed caters to kids and my girls love it! Delicious!

This is the second food cart(after the now-closed Papa-Pau cart) that I know of in the city that serves Sonoran hot dogs. Tony lived in Arizona for about 20 years and seems to be the man to fill that Sonoran Dog void. Tony’s version uses a Hoagie roll. He splits it open to create a pocket. Tony adds the bacon-wrapped hot dog, covers it with refried beans, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and his special tangy sauce. It’s topped with a grilled jalapeño. The Sonoran dog is an awesome, hefty little guy. I thought there may have been a bit too much refried beans that tried to mask the glorious bacon-wrapped dog. Otherwise, it was damn good. Also look for posted specials. You can also get creamy Italian sodas and creamy iced coffee here. Another solid food cart in PDX!

For eating my first Sonoran dog, I must say, it’s not bad. Definitely interesting how all the textures of the other ingredients goes well together. If your on a diet, I would suggest looking at something else because meal has a bacon wrapped hot dog, deep fried beans, lettuce, tangy sauce, cheese, and a grilled jalepeno pepper.

Great Sonoran hot dog. The friendlessness of the cook and the clean facilities were very comforting. I would highly recommend the experience to anyone.
