I had read a few reviews of this cart and the most repeated criticism was their soggy fries. So, I decided to try their Southern Burger and hope they had fixed their fry issue. The good, the beef itself was well cooked and tasty and the egg on the burger was also cooked well, not soggy or runny. The bad, the burger itself was far too soggy overall. They do not need to add the hot link, it just messes up the overall flavor. The burger is better without it. If they got a better bun and eased up on the greasiness, it would be so much better. Now, the fries. The fries were just as described on the previous complaints I had read. They were soggy and greasy. I like that they have the skin on them but that is the only good part. I could not eat them because they were practically wet. If they cannot properly fry in their cart, perhaps they can offer a side salad, chips, or fruit as a side option instead. I taste potential but they need to iron out a few kinks or they will probably not be getting too many repeat customers. Twisted Sistas, less is more. Focus on technique and ingredients more than speed of cooking and quantity of food.
