U.S. Bank

I really like this branch of us bank. The customer service was good but has improved over the past month to excellent. I live a block from this branch and use if frequently. They are super nice and always trying to help. It can get busy and they could use extra help during those times. I really like the new customer service manager. He heard us speaking French and then greeted us in French which was really cool since my wife is from Paris.

ZERO STARS… Unilocal needs to add the option for it.
Even though three people told me I wouldn’t incur charges, I am $ 75 poorer because of their incompetence and lack of knowledge. I went to close my accounts and they give me pure baloney. I’m so upset with this bank.

I’d say it’s a typical US Bank branch however the customer service here certainly has a more than typical vibe to it. I like it.

I went in to the branch, and there were 3 people working in the branch and no lines. The teller went way beyond and started a account, got some address issues resolved, and figured out how to save me monthly fees. I am happy to get service like this. Thanks lovejoy us bank!

I visit this location of US Bank three to four times a week on the job, and I am pleased as punch with the service there. No matter how long the lines or time-​consuming my requests, the tellers at this branch are pleasant and patient. I have seen them handle the most difficult customers, from nearly incoherent drunks to snooty-​nosed Pearl residents, with equal respect and courtesy. Plus, they have rotating local art, free coffee, and a TV always turned to CNN to watch while you wait your turn— unless a mother asks for a kids’ show to entertain her little one, which they are more than happy to provide. Complete with water bowl outside and doggy treats at a desk, this branch of US Bank is a Pearl-​tastic location and always a nice break in my day to chat with my friends behind the counter. They have had an awful lot of turnover lately, but the hiring decisions and training processes seem to be working out very well!
