There is a teller at this location that is very unprofessional. His name is Jonathan. He is dressed inappropriately for work, I don’t trust anyone with dirty pants, too tight untucked button up to take care or deal with my money. That’s not what I was shocked about. Every time Jonathan gave me my card or ID back he would literally throw it at me and he never said anything to me when he walked away from the window. It is shocking that this is who they hired to conduct exemplary customer service. I won’t use this branch ever again.

I just came in at 5:40, they close at 6:00. I came with all the proper identification to cash a check and was very polite. The mgr named Kyung Park-​Jette asked me if I was ok, I said I was just fine and then she just blurted «you look PISSY». SERIOUSLY? what a horrible way to treat your customers. DO NOT BANK HERE. I’ve never been treated worse at a bank before. it’s apparent that they do not care about you or your money. I will never bank here again and will go out of my way to tell people to never bank with US BANK.

Convenient drive-​up teller *and* ATM, shiny-​new ATMs around the corner where you can stand in full protection from the elements. I’ve only been in the branch itself but they seemed decently helpful and professional.

It’s a bank, so one typically doesn’t look for much. That said, a handful of times I have had the occasion to go to this branch with a slightly unusual transaction. Each time it was handled promptly, competently and in a completely professional manner.

When you walk in it can be like a chorus, with 6 people saying hi all at the same time. It’s a bank that’s what they do. They are stacking money, storing money, handing out money, taking money, talking about money, counting money, everything money!
The tellers are nice enough, some more helpful that others, honestly I don’t really care. Just give me my money and make it snappy. Its a bank and they are professionally trained in bank stuff. Pretty pretty pretty good.
