History

Established in 2009.

The foundation for V2 can be traced back to Microsoft’s Live Meeting Managed Event Services team. Aaron Cole and Tania Mayer were senior Event Producers for Microsoft, and were responsible for managing the Event Production requirements of Live Meeting’s largest and highest profile clients. These clients included companies like AT&T, Deloitte, Getty Images, National City Bank, GM, Business Objects, Proctor & Gamble, Nokia, ADP, FICO, and Phillips. As members of Live Meeting’s Senior Event Production team, they were also responsible for training and management of various event management groups.

Rounding out the team at V2 are key members of the web conferencing industry with years of experience in web and video conferencing. Their insight into the marketplace has proven to be an invaluable asset to the team and to the clients who now partner with V2.
