Our menu offers made-from-scratch «fast» foods that utilize only premium ingredients, northwest sourced meats, local farm fresh vegetables «in season» and dairy and bread products that have been raised, grown or produced with care and respect for natural and sustainable practices. Our menu items are served in 100% compostable materials.
Favorites include Grass Fed Natural Beef, Organic Turkey, «hand punched» Fries, Salads, made-from-scratch Soups, and Coffee and Espresso Service.
Violetta serves carry-out and dine-in lunch and dinner seven days a week from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm (10 pm Friday and Saturday).

Established in 2008.
Distant Sun Restaurants, Inc. was awarded the space at Director Park in the Spring of 2008 and opened Violetta in June 2010.
