Dave Thomas is probably turning over in his grave because of this location. The drive through line takes forever and you have about a 10% chance of getting the correct order. If you request no lettuce or tomato you will get lettuce and tomato but no cheese. The Employees look and act unprofessional. Stay clear of this place.

Went to this location for the first time. Never had an issue ever at a Wendy’s. Got a pulled pork sand which. Went to take a bite and a piece of plastic was in it. They asked if I wanted a sauce on it and I’m guessing they open a packet and add it. Did not finish and would not go back Called to complain but it rang and went to a fax line.

The drive through line is always long and your order will always be wrong! How you gonna give someone a baked potato with nothing on it!

Of the big chain burgers I like Wendy’s best, it close but they win, though maybe not for the burgers. The interiors tend to feel more grown up. So does the menu. For a while now my goto has been the Chicken Caesar Wrap, Fried breaded chicken, some iceberg lettuce and sauce in a tortilla, great? no but good, and its from the value menu so its cheap also. This branch features a drive thru that I can actually communicate with the workers through. It is clean inside and has typical fast food workers for employees. Very friendly in the«do you want fries with that?» kind of way. Like all Wendy’s, well all fast food really, they are always pushing new items. That said it is fast food so it all goes fast.

HORRIBLE. This Wendy’s is so bad. Customer service is horrible. I love the chain but every time I come here it’s bad. I came the other day for lunch and the guy at the window yelled at me 3 times to order without giving me(and my car full of passengers) any time to decide. By the third time I yelled back. There was no one behind us, either. When we got to the window he said he put it all on one order and wouldn’t redo it. Even though we very clearly requested multiple orders at the window. The manager was also quite rude about the whole thing. This place sucks– going to the one near Lloyd from now on.

I’m going to start off by saying I’m a Wendy’s fan. I don’t eat fast food much any more, but sometimes easy is good. My expectations are not high to begin with here, but as nice as the staff has been, I find that this Wendy’s has been consistently slow. And on top of that the food has been cold. Prime example the chicken sandwich I got the other day didn’t even begin to melt the cheese. And I really like the new fries with sea salt. For fast food they’ve been pretty good, except here they tend to be stale, not fresh, and certainly not the product I’ve been used to getting at other Wendy’s.

As far as restaurants go it doesn’t get any better than this! whether you’re looking for fried chicken, sweet treats, rich salads or hearty American meals Wendy’s has it. I came here looking for a quick bite and what I found blew my mind! Le Pigeon is refuse compared to this establishment. Perfect for dates. Come and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere while enjoying some of the best food PDX has to offer.

I’m not much into fast food, but I do have an occasional frosty craving! When I do I always order half vanilla, half chocolate. I can’t make up my mind! I guess that’s going to have to change. Not sure if it’s actually some ridiculous store policy or just a disgruntled employee, but last time I pulled the half n half trick, I was harshly denied! All the guy said when I asked for it was ‘no.’ I told him I always order that and he said ‘uh no.’ WTH? Okay whatever, but don’t take it out on me because you work at Wendy’s.

My mouth is so happy! Your Berry & Almond salad is the very very best salad I’ve ever had! Wow, what a taste explosion I experienced as I bit into strawberries, almonds, real sliced parmesan cheese and fresh lettuce! Excellent, Wendy’s! You’ve definitely got a winner with this one! And the fat-free Raspberry vinagrette is so complimentary to the entire salad that it’s simply scrumptious! Thanks for making my mouth so happy!

Fast food that’s OK. Love the frosty and regular nuggets. These guys have a good value menu and I would say I stop in once every other month or so. The service here is OK.

They won’t serve you at 2 in the morning if you’re on a bicycle. I tried to explain that I was incredibly drunk and being responsible by not driving a car. I’m a good guy and all I want is a crispy chicken sandwich. There was no sympathy at the drive through window that night. They are being socially irresponsible for not serving alcoholics trying to do the right thing. Do not go here. Boycott Wendy’s on Lombard.

Wow, let me tell you this was not an experience I would choose to repeat. My friend and I left the house at 1am in hopes of getting food to get us through studying for the evening-instead it ended up all over the car. First as we were ordering the drive through attendant was mumbling, so he’s tired we’ll give him that. However when our Frostys would make better milk than ice cream and he dumps one all over the inside of my car it really doesn’t make a favorable impression. The burgers were cold and they only gave us one of the sauces. We tried to ask for the other but after giving me a replacement Frosty they wouldn’t look at us and closed the door before we could ask any further questions. We left disgruntled, unsatisfied and wishing we had food we could eat. Will I go back? Sure but if I hear the mumbler again you can bet that I won’t order anything and find something else that is open late!
