I am absolutely thrilled with my experience working with Becki Duckworth and rest of the team at WCEP. I am relatively inexperienced when it comes to the logistics and planning of event production, so it was such a breath of fresh air working with someone who could literally guide me through ever step of the process. Becki did a fantastic job of letting us know about our different options, making informed recommondations, and handling all of the details from concept through execution. The quality of our rental items, such as our backdrop, dancefloor, bars, and linens, were all top notch. Everything was delivered and set up on time and smoothly, and we recieved score of compliments from guests and staff alike. I will DEFINITLY be working with them again, and can confidently recommend WCEP to others!

WCEP showed up on several preferred vendors lists from my hotel and also the wedding planners. Figuring that everyone had only positive things to say, this was the place I chose for my wedding rentals. I ended up getting some(60) gorgeous mahogony chivari chairs(which, ironically, it was cheaper to rent a chair than the chair cover + sash), an aisle runner(a nice one — not one of those throw away ones; this was made of real linen), and some pedastals for flowers. Including the delivery and set up, we paid ~$ 750, which I found very reasonable. I started working wiht Garda at WCEP. I think our communication was a little less than ideal(I don’t think I ever had a phone call returned — though to be fair, I was always calling her back and not really giving her the chance to call back first). Despite my issues, she got along just wonderfully with my wedding coordinator and the two were able to work out all the rentals without much of my assistance(I think the only thing I was needed for was the credit card number!). When we had a last minute request, my coordinator was able to call her on Friday night(after 6 pm) for changes to my rental for Saturday. That’s pretty great service if you ask me!

I use West Coast Event Productions a lot for work, and I regularly find myself telling their employees, «thank you! you are awesome!» at the end of phone conversations/placing orders. I have primarily worked with Becca and Garda, as my work’s account is handled by them, but anyone who answers the phone can usually help you track down the(random) item that you are looking for. We have used other companies for events as well, and I feel that WCEP is honest about returned inventory, has good quality items, and are generally really easy to work with. Their system is also very organized, so you will be billed/invoiced promptly and correctly. Word of warning: Do not put their silver serving utensils in the dishwasher, it ruins the tarnish and you will have to pay their replacement cost! I have a whole pile of once beautiful service spoons!
