Winn Perry is newly reopened after a 3 year hiatus. The compact space is well furnished and finely curated by Jordan Sayler in the triangular block by Thai Peacock and Sizzle Pie. Winn Perry was one of the first to present quality and timeless offerings to the dapper men of Portland and the new store doesn’t disappoint — from the Levi’s Vintage Clothing line to Alden Shoes.
WP is the sartorial bridge between traditional menswear offered by John Helmer and fashion forward places like Lizard Lounge and the Woodlands. I appreciate each store for their unique take on clothing and accessories but I’m looking forward to WP’s current and future portfolio (after I tackle the psychological hurdle of spending ~$ 500 for a pair of Alden boots.)
While I mentioned it earlier, it should and must be noted Winn Perry is now the second and only alternative to John Helmer for Alden shoes and boots in Portland.
