History

Established in 2014.

Corrina and Sarah met while studying Holistic Nutrition at the Wellspring School for Healing Arts. Corrina’s commitment to preventive medicine and Sarah’s connection to sustainability and sourcing were a natural match. The name wooden spoon comes from the beauty of our mothers and grandmothers (and grandfathers) and is a throwback to our traditional roots.

Corrina offers a fresh start on a new healing path – building both confidence and inner healing strength with Amma Therapy and Holistic Nutrition.

Corrina’s inherent love of food, family, health and well-​inspired living brings a nurturing and grounded approach to her sessions.

Sarah

After receiving her BA at Western Washington University and a successful corporate career, Sarah took the leap, left her job and went back to school at the Wellspring School of Healing Arts where she earned her certification in Holistic Nutrition and found her passions once again.
