Thank God my community only used this place for a year and have moved on. I paid my lot rent to this company. Since I am on disibility I pay my bills and send them out on the 1 – 3 every month. I have never missed my rent. Yet now that the new company has taken over, I am dealing with unmerited fees’ on my account. All from Greenleafs own errors. I just spent hours of time and money to print out all of this BS to finally be able to prove that I don’t owe squat and it was this incompetent company that really made the error. I also found that many of my neighbors are dealing with this as well. If you care about your property, if you care about your tenants that always pay their rent on time and never complain, Then stay far away from this company. I managed our park for years before we went coop. Rent entry really isn’t that difficult. They also held rents for weeks before they would deposit. You don’t want that with your money do you? There are some good companies out there available. You don’t need to sink this low.
