Recently rented a cottage from Jane for a much needed weekend of fishing with my guys. The lot was right next to the private boat launch and had a dock i could tie my boat to. The cottage had everything we needed to make it a special weekend of fishing (Bass) and fun! The house had ample room for my buddies and I. A bedroom downstairs provided seclusion for the toddler when he needed a nap and 3 more beds upstairs were more than we needed! The bathroom looked like it had recently been renovated and all the plumbing worked as designed. I would definitely recommend Jane’s cottage on Sunrise lake to any of my family/​friends. We will be back!

Stay away from this one. Rented a cottage from her this summer. It was dirty, septic tank backed up, plumbing dripped. Electrical outlets exposed. She offered us a $ 500 rebate for our troubles, which I thought was fair, and then after we left, she reneged and told us she wasn’t going to send the check. Thoroughly dishonest.
