We have a small medical office and our front desk computer was just the worst. It was so slow and would freeze every 2 minutes or so. So very frustrating. It was very hard to get any work done. We were referred to NimbleNet by word of mouth. Thank the good lord. Steve was great! He was easy to get in touch with and would always return our phone calls promptly. He did the work in a timely manner as he knew we needed the computer for the front office to run smoothly. When he finished, it was like getting back a new computer. It was amazing. He even made sure that our printer was working properly with the new setup. He also followed up several times to make sure everything was running smoothly. He even suggested some other services he could do for us so that the rest of the office will run as well as the front desk does. We will definitely take him up on those services!
