History
Established in 1964.
3rd Generation, family-owned and operated locksmith company since 1964! Established in 1964 Seacoast Lock & Safe started back in 1964 by Paul’s father, and was a complimentary business to Paul’s father’s Glass Company that he owned and operated in Boston, MA. He later opened a 2nd Glass Shop in the North Shore of Mass. He took care of any locksmith needs on the doors, steel doors and aluminum doors, that his glass company installed and maintained for his Large client base, which included: Filenes, Jordan Marsh, Zayre and a host of other Large, National chain stores. As Paul’s father got older in age, he decided to close down the Glass division and concentrate on the Locksmithing division, which coincided with Paul joining forces with him in 1984. Once Paul joined his father as a tandem a 2nd shop was opened, and once his father «retired» in 1993, soon after Paul opened the 3rd shop, and a 4th shop is in the workings at this very moment. The Grand Opening will be announced here
Meet the Business Owner
Paul L.
Business Owner
Hi, the owner has been hands-on since 1986, taking over the running of the day-to-day operations since getting his Business Administration Bachelors Degree then. The owner grew up working in the business, and yearly takes Locksmith classes to keep up with the New technology that hits the industry, with over 70 certificates for Factory Training by manufacturers and Distributors. Customer Service is what has gotten Seacoast Lock & Safe to where they are today: (3) Retail Stores and multiple of locksmiths on the road. Our customers come 1st ! We have customers dating back to the early 1980’s, and would have more if not for the economy this country has had to endure for the last (5) + years. It’s been sad to see companies go out of business, but this country will bounce back, as it always has. Give us a call, or stop by one of our (3) Walk-in Retail stores to see why Seacoast Lock & Safe will be celebrating (50) years of being in business soon.
